How does the banking system work? +
Each month, your membership payment is deposited directly into your personal Remedy Bar account as a credit balance. You can use this balance toward any service or product at your next appointment — or let it accumulate. Credits roll over month to month and never expire as long as your membership remains active.
Can I use my credits on any service? +
Yes — your banked credits can be applied to any appointment or product purchase at Remedy Bar. This includes hormone therapy follow-ups, spa services, injectables, skincare products, and more. Some package exclusions may apply to percentage discounts (noted in each tier).
What happens to my credits if I cancel? +
Your credits remain in your account and are valid for 12 months from the date they were accrued. They do not expire while your membership is active — only after cancellation. This gives you plenty of time to use your balance even after you've stepped away.
Is there a commitment required? +
All memberships require an initial 6-month commitment. After that period, your membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis until you choose to cancel. Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice submitted after the initial 6-month commitment is fulfilled.
Is there a membership activation fee? +
There is a one-time membership activation fee of $59, due at the time of sign-up.
Why is the Elite tier limited to 20 members? +
The Elite Remedies tier includes a complimentary monthly custom facial, bi-annual Aura scans, and a personalized referral perk — all of which require dedicated time and resources. To ensure every Elite member receives the highest level of personalized care, we limit this tier to 20 members. Once those spots are filled, a waitlist will be opened.
Can I upgrade my membership tier later? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership tier at any time by contacting our team. Downgrades may be made at the end of your current commitment period. We're happy to walk you through the best option for your wellness goals — just give us a call or send us an email.
